Why We Became a Council of Churches

For nearly three decades, Mount Olive Church has stood as a place of mercy, restoration, and truth—where anyone can come and be made whole through the love of Jesus Christ. As the ministry grew, so did the calling. We began to see that the work God entrusted to us could not remain confined to one building or one neighborhood. The needs were greater, the harvest was larger, and the vision God placed in our hearts demanded a wider reach.

AICMO Ministries was born from that calling.

We became a council of churches because unity strengthens the mission. By joining congregations under one spiritual covering, we can lift more families in prayer, care for more communities, and carry the Gospel farther than ever before. Each church retains its identity, but together we share one heartbeat—to reconcile humanity with God through Jesus Christ and to make disciples through teaching, preaching, and outreach.

This council is not about expansion for the sake of growth; it is about obedience. It is about answering God’s call to build a network of churches that lead by example, serve with compassion, and stand as one body—just as Christ intended.

AICMO Ministries is the next chapter of that vision. And we are just getting started.
